‘The main reason that I chose the BSc in Computing and Information Systems over other courses was because the structure provided a wide base of subjects which were very relevant to industry needs. The course covered not just the technical know-how but also the business management part of IT. It equipped me with all the relevant knowledge and skills which enabled me to grasp my current job with ease.
I attended classes full-time at Singapore Institute of Management while on the course and gained a lot of interesting experiences from the lecturers which made the course enjoyable.
Undertaking this degree sharpened my analytical mindset and also widened my problem-solving perspective. It took less than three months after graduating to land a job at a major US multinational technology and business services company.’
