Information and advice about taking the assessments.
As part of the External Laws Programme initiative to improve student support, we now provide online computer marked assessments. These assessments are in the form of multiple choice questions and comprise of three parts:
Part 1 - Tests your knowledge of the topic
Part 2 - Tests your comprehension of the law in those areas
Part 3 - Tests your ability to apply the law to a factual situation
These can be accessed through the Laws VLE.
Although these assessments are not a course requirement we would strongly advise that you complete them as they are designed to allow you to check your progress through a topic, assist your learning through the feedback we provide and to enable you develop a clear picture of the targets that your learning is intended to achieve.
Please note that these exercises do not count towards your final mark.
